Since 2012, Ken has been running Huhan Business Advisory and also led ULI's growth in China mainland as Executive Director. He realized the value of BIM in 2014 and has been collaborating with Arol on BIM in China since 2017. Previously, Ken did investment banking and real estate investment work at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.
Arol Wolford is a well-known pioneer in the BIM realm. He was an initial investor and board member of Revit. Previously, he founded and ran Construction Market Data (CMD). Since the sale of Revit to Autodesk in 2002, Arol established a series of BIM-related start-ups such as Smart BIM Technologies and VIM AEC. He also contributed to the establishment of Digital Building Lab at Georgia Tech.
